Apply to Teach For Armenia, the Armenia Education Initiative's (AEI) flagship National Leadership Program. It will be the most challenging and rewarding two years of your life. You will grow as a leader, make lifelong bonds, and shape the futures of hundreds of children. This is not volunteerism; it's high-impact nation-building from the ground up. We welcome applicants from Armenia and the diaspora, who demonstrate resilience, brilliance, and a heart for Armenia's kids.
Transform a School
Principals and education officials: bring your school into the Seroond Catalyst Program. Donors: sponsoring a school's journey is one of the most high-leverage investments you can make; it creates a ripple effect through an entire community. Contact us to adopt a school or scale Seroond to a new region.
Spark Innovation
Submit your idea to Spark Social Innovation Incubator and we'll help you bring it to life. Business leaders and technologists: volunteer as a mentor. Investors and foundations: fund a Spark project and back the next breakout ed-tech solution or social enterprise.
Influence Policy
Alumni-Ambassadors: apply to be a Public Policy Lab Fellow. Academics and policy professionals: contribute as a mentor or research partner.
