Armenia Education Initiative (AEI): Build the Future
Armenia's future will be written in its classrooms. As a small nation facing big challenges, its greatest resource has always been its people, and the surest way to invest in people is through education. That's why we exist.
AEI is building a movement to transform education across the country, developing the whole child and the whole school, and preparing a new generation of leaders to carry that change forward.
We don't work at the margins. From recruiting and training teacher-leaders, to transforming entire schools through Seroond, to shaping national policy and responding when crisis strikes, we build across the whole system. And we do it in partnership with communities, government, universities, and the global Armenian diaspora, so that change takes root and lasts. Every program reinforces the others, and every dollar moves us closer to an Armenia where every child, in every community, has the opportunity to learn and lead.
