Global engagement

Our Global Platform

Armenia's education transformation is not a domestic project alone. At the Armenia Education Initiative (AEI), we build in public, learn from the best in the world, and share what we discover.

Convening, Exchange, and Diaspora Engagement

01

MindX Forum

Our signature convening brings together educators, technologists, researchers, and policymakers to advance the discourse on education innovation, artificial intelligence in education, and systemic reform. MindX is where Armenia stops being a recipient of global education thinking and becomes a contributor to it.

02

Educational Partnerships and Exchanges

We establish partnerships, exchange programs, and collaborative initiatives between institutions, educators, researchers, and students in Armenia and abroad, including teacher and leader exchanges, joint research projects, curriculum co-development, and technology transfer.

03

Diaspora Engagement and Mobilization

We engage the Armenian diaspora through educational programming, volunteer mobilization, cultural events, mentorship networks, and philanthropic initiatives that connect diaspora talent and resources with the mission. Whether you live in Vanadzor or Venice Beach, there is a role for you.

04

Schools and Programs Beyond Armenia

Our models are built to travel. We establish, operate, support, and partner in the development of schools, learning centers, after-school programs, and summer academies that embody our innovative educational models (including AI-integrated and culturally immersive approaches) serving diverse communities, including Armenian-American populations.

05

Research and Thought Leadership

We publish research, issue reports, and contribute to education policy discourse internationally, participating in academic conferences, advising institutions and policymakers, and disseminating lessons learned from our models.

06

Licensing What Works

Everything we build (i.e. educational models, curricula, school operating systems, teacher training programs, technology platforms, and assessment tools) can be licensed to qualified schools, school systems, educational institutions, and governments. Every dram of net revenue from these arrangements goes straight back into the mission. This is how a small country with a big idea achieves outsized impact: by making its best work usable by others, under standards that protect quality and integrity.
